2. Browsing this website
This website presents our games and development work. It contains static pages, images and fonts served with the site. There is no account registration, contact form, newsletter, advertising, analytics code or embedded third-party media.
The site code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Its image galleries and animation controls work without saving visitor preferences.
3. Technical delivery and security
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical request information, which may include IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information.
The purpose is to make the website available, diagnose delivery problems and protect it against abuse. Our legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure informational website. We do not use this information for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Cloudflare processes delivery and security information under its applicable service terms. More information is available in its privacy policy and data processing addendum.
4. If you email us
The contact link opens your email application. If you send a message, we use your email address, any name you provide, and the contents and attachments you choose to send to consider and respond to your enquiry. The professional mailbox is contracted with Hostinger.
For general enquiries, our legal basis is the legitimate interest in handling correspondence about our projects. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we process information necessary for those steps on that basis. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
Sending an email does not subscribe you to marketing. The website does not collect payment information or make automated decisions about visitors.
5. Retention and service providers
We retain enquiry information while it is needed to answer and resolve the matter. Afterwards, we keep only information necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, for as long as that purpose requires. Information no longer needed is deleted.
Technical delivery and security records are handled according to the hosting provider's applicable retention practices and service settings. We do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database.
Information is available to the operator and to providers needed for website hosting or email delivery. Cloudflare and Hostinger may process information outside the European Economic Area. Game imagery comes from the original SlimeBound and Capy Drop project materials. Development captures are labelled separately from project artwork. Website typography uses Space Grotesk and Inter; some game interfaces shown in captures use Pixelify Sans and Nunito.
